Had to Share: Camino Eve

The final push! We are near Lavacolla and the airport.

I’m one day away from completing the Camino de Santiago. I can’t believe that I am 10km away from the 790km finish line!

Finally had to use my rain poncho

My knees are shot. I can only walk 5k a day. I will finish the Camino tomorrow and a close friend is flying in today to watch me finish.

The other day, I had to walk the last mile without socks in sandals

I will post a longer blog and many more photos! It’s time to get up and make my way (very slowly) to Monte do Gozo. I will rest there tonight.

I can’t believe I did this! I’m going to need a really long nap! XOXO—GGT
