Had to Share: The Titanic!

They saved this one until the very end of the exhibition. Everyone knew it was coming!

Getting there was easy. I purchased a $5.00 bus day pass, from the stop near my AirBnB. I was then able to take any local bus. There’s a G2 stop across the street from the museum.

Glass of Thrones

One of six stained-glass window installations about the Game of Thrones, on the path to the museum.

The Titanic Kit

The Titanic Kit is a contemporary sculpture, designed by Tony Stallard. The bronze structure stands 13.5m tall.

Sustrans Portrait Bench

Art piece of Charlie Chaplin, who travelled on board SS Nomadic in 1952, on his way to premiere a film in England.

The Titanic Museum

Self-guided Titanic museum offers nine interactive galleries re-telling the ship’s building, maiden voyage, and recovery.

The Shipyard Ride at Titanic Belfast

The ride enables passenger cars to rise and fall, as if flying through the bowels of the ship.

You can test yourself on your Titanic knowledge.

An exhibition of Titanic memorabilia is right before the exit.

You can also walk there from downtown.

The Belfast Hop On & Hop Off bus also stops at the Titanic Museum. It’s the first stop, after leaving downtown.

There’s a restaurant and a cafe in the museum. Enjoy! XOXO—GGT
