Well, … I’m not in Hanoi. My visa application was kicked back for having an incorrect passport number. It’s not incorrect. On the email telling me it’s incorrect, it’s my correct number!

So, last night, (as my flight was taking off), I had to book another hotel room. I’m now in tourist central and my hotel is on the same street as the morning Alms Giving Ceremony! Thank you very much!

My flight to Bangkok leaves in a few hours. I still can’t get into Vietnam. There’s a 72 hour wait, each time my passport application gets delayed. I don’t mind. Turned out, my extra day in Luang Prabang was amazing!
